Teledyne Cougar designs and manufactures RF and microwave cascadable amplifiers and integrated assemblies for signal processing equipment operating in the 100 kHz to 40 GHz range. Products include VCOs, frequency mixers, threshold and analog detectors, frequency doublers, IQ networks, power dividers, switches, limiters, limiting amplifiers, attenuators, and automatic gain control amplifiers. All products are available in several package configurations including TO-8, TO-8B, surface mount, flatpack, and SMA connectorized packages. These devices are used in sophisticated airborne and satellite communications equipment, navigation and guidance systems, radar and sonar equipment, telemetry electronics, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems, and in high performance commercial test, medical, and industrial equipment.
